How Windscreens Work
A windscreen works by preventing air pressure from equalizing. When driving, high pressure air is created outside the cockpit, low pressure air inside. The air pressure equalizes, by blowing into the cockpit. This is why, when driving with the top-down, hair blows forward, not backward. A windscreen breaks up this pattern.
