Return Policy

Windscreens may be exchanged for an identical unit, in the case of a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of receipt.  Since windscreens are custom made, to the buyer's specifications, it is then the buyer's responsibility to craft the windscreen according to the dimensions of his car.  Buyers may not return a windscreen if the windscreen does not fit or perform as expected.

Warranty

Windscreens are guaranteed for five years.  In the case of a defect, DropTop will provide a replacement windscreen, at no cost.  The shipping expense remains the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Times

The windscreen will be shipped in about one month; 2-3 weeks for setup and fabrication, and another week or so for shipment.  Be a little patient.

Privacy Policy

Briefly, this website anonymously collects data upon your usage, in aggregate form.  We don't know who you are, and we don't care; we just care about how all visitors browse this website.  We never sell or trade customer information.
